Jacinto Jose VALDOVINODate Posted: 12/1/10 Description: Hispanic Male, 6', 225 lbs, Date of Birth: 1/19/1982 Valdovino fled from his address on 11/18/10. A 1 million dollar warrant was issued for his arrest after he failed to appear in court. He may be in a tan 1998 Chrysler Seabring, CA license 4HVC405, and may be in the company of his sister, Rose Marie Hernandez. He may be on his way to Mexico. There are ties to the Chico and Hamilton City areas. Valdovino is a Northern Structure Gang member. On 11/19/10 Jury found Valdovino Guilty on all counts, including kidnapping and attempted homicide.

Jose Felipe Jesus MENDOZADate Posted: 11/20/09 Description: Hispanic Male, 5'4", 130 lbs, Date of Birth: 2/6/1961 **Considered armed and dangerous*** On 11/30/09, Jose Felipe Jesus Mendoza shot a male subject multiple times in the head at an address on Radio Lane in Redding, California. Mendoza also is wanted by the Redding Police Department as a suspect in a Kidnapping, Domestic Violence, and, Spousal Rape that occurred on 10/31/09 (RPD Case #09-73287). An $800,000 Ramey warrant has been entered into NCIC for the above mentioned charges. **Considered armed and dangerous***
